By booking with One Steakhouse & Lounge, you agree to our terms: please arrive on time as tables are held for 15 minutes; cancellations should be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid charges. Deposits may be required for larger groups and special events, and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We operate a smart-casual dress code and reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary needs—while we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Special requests are welcome but not guaranteed. Photography may occur for promotional purposes—let us know if you wish to opt out. Management reserves all rights.

Celebrate Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve at One Steakhouse & Lounge with exclusive set menus only. The Christmas Day menu is £89.95 per person with a £20 deposit, and the New Year’s Eve menu is £110 per person with a £20 deposit. Remaining balances must be paid by 30th November. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. A full pre-order is required no later than 14 days before your booking.

Children’s meals are charged at £29.95 for Christmas Day and £35 for New Year’s Eve, served as half portions for both occasions. A discretionary 10% service charge will be added to your final bill.
