Is there parking available?
Yes, there is a car park right next to the restaurant. Parking charges now apply at all times and are £2 per day.
What time does One Steakhouse & Lounge open and close?
We are open Monday, Wednesday & Thursday from 4:30pm to 11:00pm, Friday from 4:30pm to 1:00am, Saturday from 12:00pm to 1:00am, and Sunday from 12:00pm to 11:00pm.
Opening hours may vary on bank holidays or special event days.
Do I need to book in advance?
We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and for special occasions. Walk-ins are welcome when availability allows.
How can I make a reservation?
Reservations can be made online via our website or by contacting us directly by phone or email.
Do you require deposits?
Deposits may be required for peak dates, large tables, and special events. Any deposit details will be clearly confirmed at the time of booking.
Do you offer a set menu?
Yes. Our set menu is available on selected days and is designed to offer excellent value while maintaining our premium dining standards.

Yes. We offer vegetarian options and can accommodate most dietary requirements where possible. Please let us know in advance when booking.
Can you guarantee allergen-free dishes?
While we take allergens seriously, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Full allergen information is available on request.
Do you have a rooftop area?
Yes. Our rooftop lounge is available for dining, drinks, and selected events, subject to availability and weather conditions.
Do you host private events or large group bookings?
Yes. We cater for birthdays, celebrations, corporate events, and private hire. Pre-orders and deposits may apply depending on the booking.
Is a service charge added?
A discretionary service charge may be added to your bill. All service charges are shared among our team in recognition of their service.
